Palm Springs Inspired Retro Golf Party

This playful Palm Springs Inspired Retro Golf Party looked exciting, from the custom decor to the tasty food! The adorable kids birthday was a golf themed success thanks to the special styling skills of 4414 Designs. One fantastic thing about this event was how it was customized to entertain not only a fun group of kids, but also adults, ensuring the whole group would be entertained.

A retro design was incorporated throughout the venue to give a throw-back vibe that the whole group could love. Vivacious colors, adorable palm trees and even flamingos made a show at this fantastic party. With a putting green in the backyard it only made sense to have a golf style adventure!

Invitations sporting a retro look ensured that the guests would know what the theme was before they got to the party.

Instead of just using standard lunch items, an entire brunch was prepared including a variety of classic foods like omlettes! Donuts were a delicious hit and there were even yummy biscuits and gravy to enjoy. Fruit was another sweet addition that added a burst of color too.

The donut section was showcased in putting style with a massive green board for a backdrop that actually had a bunch of donuts hanging from it. Large poms in pink, white and blue bordered the top of this table and a massive banner hung above it, introducing the party smoothly. This table was covered in white and was decorated with adorable little plants that fit perfectly in with this golfing theme. Donuts in various designs from trees to pyramids filled this table. There were all sorts of flavors to try out too. A wonderful birthday sign stood at the back of this table too.

Another fun addition to this party that made it adult friendly was a special beverage table with tasty mimosas!

Minecraft Birthday Party Celebration

The set-up for this Minecraft Birthday Party Celebration was absolutely fantastic with the snack table being placed nice and close to the guest seating. It was a perfect arrangement for little Minecraft party guests! With the expertise of Farrah Ruth Productions, this event had an exciting vibe that was sure to have the visitors remembering the celebration for a long time.

At this party for a unique look, desserts were spread through out into two different areas and to effectively decorate each, two fantastic backdrops were used that showcased the Minecraft them with precision. One table had snacks and gift backs, this table featured a backdrop with Steve, a classic character from the game. This table also had a matching Minecraft tablecloth which added to the gaming look of the room. Large letters with Minecraft decor spelled out the birthday boys name in fun style. This table even had gift bags for each of the guests that represented characters, an innovative gift idea for sure.

The other dessert section was set up with columns and the backdrop for this area was a massive creeper, a notorious villian in the game. This graphic also advertised the theme with “Minecraft,” spelled out in large, block lettering at the top. Both sections were accented with colorful balloon columns to really make them stand out.

The columns holding the desserts were a wonderful idea. They stood at varying levels to give a neat look and the white color stood out boldly. Tasty treats towered on various sizes of cake plates to create added dimension and really embrace the Minecraft world perfectly.

To really make the day special for this vip, a personalized cake was created. It featured an actual image of the birthday boy, along with exciting Minecraft detailing. It was topped with all sorts of fun characters from the game too! All of the other treats were decorated to blend with the theme as well, ensuring that the kids would love each bite.

Mr Happy Birthday Party

This Mr Happy Birthday Party celebration was a perfect way to showcase a sweet ball of smiles that was turning 1! With Ms. Laine Events handling the planning, the party was a special and stylish get together! Using the classic colors for the fantastic Mr. Smiley crew, blue and yellow were showcased perfectly throughout the venue. A large customized graphic was made to welcome the guests and was placed on an easel to make it easy to see from a distance. Balloons in a fun bundle made a cute addition to this welcoming decor.

The venue for the party was large and bright with massive windows that allowed the natural lighting to filter through beautifully. With a high style ceiling, this party room was a wonderful, contemporary setting for the special party.

As a stunning eye grabber, the treat table was fantastically created with a balanced mix of treats and decor. The front of the table had miniature white fencing and cute little plants. A large Mr. Smiley even had his arms out in a big hug for everyone to enjoy. The table was covered in a white cloth and had sweet pinwheels on the front along with a number 1 to add to the decor sweetly.

The backdrop for this table was a fantastic custom Mr. Smiley graphic that was certain to impress. It was bordered with an array of balloons in various sizes to add extra dimension to the look. On the table, the treats were all created to match the theme in fun and tasty style. Cupcakes featured Mr. Smiley toppers in blue and yellow. Mini pies had fantastic “EE Jay,” toppers. There were even adorable bulbs decorated for the guests to take home! The cake at the back of the table was all sorts of fun with two layers designed to look like a Mr. Smiley town. It had the perfect topper of Mr. Smiley himself.

Glamorous Unicorn Birthday Party

CRATED brought the glam to this Glamorous Unicorn Birthday Party using gold and glitter to make the decorations pop! The invitations made for the event were fabulous with a unicorn surrounded by glittering gold to introduce the theme beautifully. The frame of the invites was pink, adding a soft touch to the style. Even the envelopes matched with fantastic gold and white stripes on the inside.

Each guest table had a pink tablecloth with golden silverware to showcase the glamorous theme perfectly. There were even gold cone birthday hads with pink unicorns on them for the guests to wear. Floral centerpieces gave an elegant touch and the pink lemonade was a total win for blending with the theme in tasty fashion. A favorite decoration on these tables were the bottles, cups and crowns that were covered in gold glitter, making the centerpieces a real showcase for the tables. The chairs at these tables were astounding in white faux fur that was certain to spoil everyone for sure!

Desserts abounded on a table with a golden cover, ensuring that the guests would know what table held the treats. Large flower blooms were incorporated beautifully into the decor, giving this table a fantastic look. Donuts were a big hit at this table piled tall for easy grabbing. There were delightfully thick sugar cookies frosted and shape like little unicorns. Cake pops in white with adorable little flower toppers were placed on a white cake tray to make them simple to locate. The real visual delight at this table was the two layer celebratory cake. It was spectacularly designed with a gold top layer and a wonderfully colorful bottom layer.

As a fun addition to this party, a very special child got to see her very own unicorn make an appearance too! Definitely a once in a lifetime event!

A gorgeous unicorn birthday party for a beautiful little girl turning 5! The courtyard of the Mandarin Oriental provided the perfect venue & backdrop, while the unicorn party in a box from Crated made it very easy for our team to execute this party! It was a little difficult to find modern party supplies in the unicorn theme, but the beautiful unicorn party collection from Crated did the job perfectly. And we’re pretty delighted about the reusable gold spoons and gold forks and matching gold cake topper that we get to reuse for future parties!

Alicia Fowler at Pum’s Sweets created the most delectable delights for all the little girls, while Shauntel at Divine Celebrations added a dose of fun with large pink balloons everywhere! A big thank you to Brandi Inman of Barefeet Imagery for capturing these moments.

All in all, a fun modern unicorn party!

Glitzy Ahoy Birthday Party

For a splash of summer fun, this Glitzy Ahoy Birthday Party had a little of everything nautical, each detail created with a bit of dazzle to make it a one of a kind celebration! Glits ‘n Glam left this event with a customized and professional style that both the vip and guests could easily enjoy. Using the classic red, white and blue colors, all of the decor at the party was bright and inviting.

An adorable backdrop for the dessert table was made with a perfect blend of nautical tones to introduce the theme in spectacular fashion. A light blue base was like the sea with the birthday boys’ name spelled out in massive letters, each featuring a unique and bold pattern. To draw more attention a massive fishing net hung across the bottom with a large anchor, lifesaver and more.

The table used for the party was large and white, needing no cover to stand out. It was decorated with a fun life saver that hung by rope on a knob on the front. The lifesaver said, “Welcome On Board.” Each side of this table had fun theme based decor, a custom graphic in bright colors on one side and a large lighthouse in red and white on the other.

Lighthouses were beautifully incorporated into the table decor on each end of the table as well. They matched the treats in sea faring style. Another fun decoration used on the table were treasure chests which acted as stands for tasty cupcakes and more. These had an aged style to really blend with the decor smoothly. The cupcakes had adorable details from miniature lighthouses to little lifesavers. Sugar cookies were shaped into cute nautical shapes as well. For a fantastic finishing touch, a tiered cake stood tall in the center with layers of tastiness.
