The snack table encompassed the essence of art and taste with perfection. A fantastic display of paint cans, paint brushes and paint sticks was hung across the backdrop spelling out birthday girl’s name in pastel tones. This wonderful bit of DIY decor definitely showcased the theme with style.

The spread of foods was wonderful from tasty fruits to sweet snacks for everyone to love. The vibrant colors of the fresh fruits created a contrast with the soft pastel tones of the decor, definitely drawing the eye. The table was covered in a sweet multi-colored pastel cloth that blended with the theme smoothly. Adorable arrangements of light-colored flowers filled the table with a bit of life as well.

For a delicious centerpiece, a two-layer wonder was made in pure, elegant form, looking almost too good to mess up by eating. With soft flowers to bring color to the stark white frosting, this cake was quite a vision.

To add fun to the event, brown paper was laid out so the kids could create their own artwork, ensuring that the theme was executed spectacularly. With a variety of water-color paints, the children were certain to enjoy bringing their work to life!

Taking advantage of the stark white walls, a base was created for the vibrant colors to stand out everywhere in the room. The snack display table was a prime example of artistry with details that any kid could love. It was covered with a white cloth, blending with the room remarkably. A string of adorable figures were draped across the front of the table, giving that circus-like appeal in a unique way. On top of the table a wonderful tent was actually created to make a mini-circus over some delicious little treats. With red and white striped curtains, this tent was definitely a fine feature of this event.

Inside the cute tent a personalized sign was displayed with a blast of patterns and colorful fun that really made it a focal point of the table. Each treat created for the party was placed in a circus-party container really blending the theme wonderfully throughout. A miniature jelly belly machine was used to decorate the table as well, giving a bit of a classic feature. Little circus tents were placed on top of yummy little cupcakes, making each snack an adventure!

A banner with the birthday boy’s name in the center was set up with sticks placed in white holders. With a little addition of colorful fabric swatches, this banner was a winner.

The cake was placed as a centerpiece for the table and set on a tall tray allowing it to stand out effectively. With two layers of brightly detailed fun, this cake looked phenomenal. As a topper a little boy and candle were displayed, making a cute final touch on this tasty treat.

Farm Barnyard Party

This colorful Farm Barnyard Party brought the adventure of outdoors in after some very artful styling by Live Smile Celebrate! Using a wonderful variety of vibrant colors and patterns, the party area had a personality of its own.

Farm Barnyard Party ideas for table setting

The kid’s table was a work of art with a fantastic checkered fabric for the base that created a warm, farm feel. All of the settings had square plates that were layered for a neat effect and had an adorable sticker on top for the kids to enjoy. Silverware was nicely wrapped in a holder and all of the kids were given regular or chocolate milk, their choice. For a fun centerpiece, pails were filled up with yellow jelly beans and had wonderful birthday signs sticking out. Every chair even had a cowboy hat waiting for the kids to wear for their farm day fun.

For the dessert table set-up a red and white polka dot fabric was used to set the scene for the tasty snacks. With a cute Happy Birthday Banner over the fabric, the back drop was complete. On each side of the table barn silos were diy’ed, giving the entire layout a personalized look that was definitely one of a kind.  The center of the table had a cool wooden wheelbarrow that was filled up with tasty animal crackers. With adorable little details like that, the farm theme was very clearly incorporated throughout the treats.

A special little cake was made for the birthday boy and covered in a delicious green frosting. The top was a sheep of marshmallows, making a perfect finishing touch for this dessert. To make the cake really stand out, it was surrounded with vibrantly frosted cupcakes of orange and blue, each with cute little labels sticking out.

A makeshift fireplace was made out of logs, giving a wonderful and imaginative addition to the space that fit the theme perfectly. Adorable photos were placed on top of the mantle to celebrate little Eva, the birthday girl. Each frame was an unfinished wood set on a matching stand to better blend with the Woodland party idea. For a fun touch, cute little masks were laid out as well in various animal types.

The treat table was a delight with two trees standing on the sides of it like a mini-forest.  Bouquets of green, yellow, and orange balloons were also set to the sides, filling the space perfectly.

A backdrop for the table was an artful vision of animated animals that showcased the theme in a cute way. The table was lined with a mint green cloth, making it a wonderful stage for the tasty treats made. Each little dessert was worked into the theme splendidly, muffins had little animal labels sticking out, sugar cookies were shaped into forest friends. There were even little yellow baskets with green tissue paper holding sweet snacks.

The cake for little Eva was gorgeously done, each little animal was perfectly done in animated fashion and placed fantastically on two layers of decadence. With other little details like trees and mushrooms, this dessert was definitely one-of-a-kind. The cake was set on a neat log and glass circle, emanating that rustic vibe.
