Rainbow Elephant Birthday Celebration

Monica of Sweet P Parties helped to create this unique, Rainbow Elephant Birthday Celebration. For Elmer the Elephant fans, this party was a fantastic example of one way that the book can be celebrated in style!

The venue used was an outdoor backyard, giving a cozy vibe and taking advantage of a brilliantly sunny day.  With a whole rainbow of colors to use, this venue was decked out in a colorful array that any kid could love.

A long row of tables was arranged so the children could sit closely to each other, making visiting simple. Paper plates in a variety of vibrant tones gave a bold look to the tables and went perfectly with polka dot napkins that were set beside them. A white cover made a lovely base for the colorful place settings. For centerpieces, tall clear jars filled with colorful candies were spread down the tables. Each chair even had a balloon tied to it, giving the whole area a fun look.

Invitations to the party followed the Elmer the Elephant theme with artwork that matched the book and had an adorable font to draw attention.

A special vintage style cabinet in green was set outside to hold treats for each of the kids to enjoy.  Little jars of bubblegum with little Elmer labels added a burst of color that was also tasty. This stand had an Elmer the Elephant standing on top right beside the book too!

To keep the children entertained, an art station was set up that allowed each one a chance to paint their own Elemer.  Paints, pictures, paintbrushes and even easels were provided, so the kids could get right to it. The easels were actually created from foam board, making them a simple diy that worked out perfectly. Each one was even decorated in bright colors to go with this adorable theme.

American Doll Garden Birthday Party

For a little one who adores WellieWishers from American Girl, this American Doll Garden Birthday Party by Partyography was a stunning way to celebrate their own special moment in time. With help from the fabulous Nikki from Tikkido, the treats from this celebration were one-of-a-kind.

Partyography had a huge hand in creating this event from planning to design and even capturing these precious photos! All the DIY projects displayed at this party gave it a unique and exciting look that any little kid could love.

Even though the celebration was held indoors, that didn’t stop it from being a delightful Garden Party. With cute little crates painted in vibrant colors and arrangements of adorable flowers and greenery, the outdoors made their way inside at this sunny venue!

A special table was set up to hold the goodies, and covered in a light pink color.  On each end a two tiered cupcake stand held the tasty treats, making it simple to see the delicious snacks. Cupcakes frosted in pink and white were on one end and the other held perfectly decorated sugar cookies that matched the theme stylishly.

To make this party stand out from the rest, a fantastic personalized bit of art was created talking about Charlies Party Rules, ensuring that the kids would all enjoy a bit of extra fun.  The front of the table was decked out in pots of pretend sunflowers on a stump, giving a sweet outdoorsy effect.

Crates were arranged in the back in a row so the birthday girl’s name could be displayed prominently as a centerpieces in large golden letters.  There was even a fantastic picket style sign at the very back pointing out all the goodies at the party.  Galoshes in one of the crates and a watering can made excellent finishing touches to the table at this event.

Ghostbustin’ Birthday Bash

Ghostbustin’-Birthday-Bash-Dessert-Table

This Ghostbustin’ Birthday Bash was jam packed with action filled fun that any super-fan of the classic movie could feel special celebrating with as a theme. It was easy to fall in love with the fantastic stylings of Noir Style Invites who took this wonderful Ghostbusters theme and created a memorable event for a wonderful vip.

To introduce the birthday in true fashion, bold invitations were made to entice little ghostbusters to join in on the fun. With a black background and a yellow and black border, they went along with the theme in a modern way.  The fonts used were bright and bold.

The venue was decked out in everything a ghostbuster could enjoy immensely.  An entire wall space was covered in vibrant yellow caution tape, making it a great location for a photo op station.  A giant marshmallow man stood tall with his arms open in a maniacally inviting way.  Each guest was provided their own personal can of ghost bustin’ goodness, cans of silly string, to get them ready for some fun.

To energize the little guests, a snack table was bursting with goodies for all to try out.  Covered in black and surrounded with caution tape, it blended with the theme perfectly.  A backdrop of sheer black over brick made a sweet attention grabber along with a fantastic led Ghostbuster sign.

The snacks were positively drool-worthy for all Ghostbuster lovers with themed shapes and decor that made them one of a kind.  Sugar cookies were shaped into classics from the logo to marshmallow man. A towering pile of twinkies were set at the back of the table invitingly.  Green jello with a dollop of whipped cream made a Slimetastic addition. They were set in a tray full of green sixlets, adding to the slime effect deliciously.  From top to bottom, this party was absolutely extravagant.

When it comes to celebrating, The Party Wagon sure knows a thing or two about doing it right! This Teeny Teen Party put the fun in little with a theme that any teenager could find stylish and savvy.

A favorite part of this lovely idea were the invitations which were absolutely innovative.  Using tiny invites with little tags on the ends that said, “Open me,” the invitations were placed inside an adorable ice cream cone style coin purse.

The snacking table was arranged in mini fashion with a backdrop of cute and colorful polka dots, introducing the teeny theme cutely.  White fabric was used to cover the table which allowed the vibrant party colors to really pop.  The front of the table was uniquely decked out in a banner of soft, mini cupcakes and a strand of poms that surrounded a golden birthday announcement.

All of the trays used to hold the treats blended with the theme in white, clear or pink tones. Flat trays at the front of the table held yummy cookies and caramel apples that the birthday girl specially requested. The apples even had the cutest teeny candy donuts placed right on top. Each had a swirly stick with a large ribbon attached, making it a lovely addition to the snack table.

To really make this teeny party a smashing success there were four delicious mini cakes made, all decorated in unique fashion. One of the cakes was even decked out in the latest tech trend, emojis, giving personality to the treat that the teens were sure to appreciate. With all sorts of expressions, that chocolate frosted cake was quite tasty looking.

For a bedtime treat, each guest was offered a tiny bag with little milk and cookies to enjoy. They were even designed with little letters and polka dots.

Ice Cream Shoppe Party

Ice-Cream-Shoppe-Party-Banner

When it came to her little one’s first birthday party, mom and photographer Meegan Weaver wanted to make her child’s event one of a kind.  Because she loves ice cream so much it only made sense to throw and Ice Cream Shoppe Party to celebrate the special day.

Taking advantage of Pinterest and all sorts of DIY projects, this party had an innovative look that made it stand out.  A massive banner was made from strips of adorably patterned fabric with the birthday girl’s name spelled out on burlap flags.  A fantastic vintage style desk was used to display the ice cream treats, adding to the charm of the party while giving a unique buffet placement.  A strand of doilies adorned the front of the table in sweet fashion.  All of the snacks were specially designed to blend with the Ice Cream theme perfectly.  Tasty looking cake pop cones were beautifully decorated smooshed upside down and even had sprinkles on them.  Sugar cookies were shaped into cones and frosted in bright pink, blue and white colors to make them look like double scoop delights. Those were set on a vintage styled white tray that added to the old-school charm of this party.  A delicious looking cake stood in the center on a lovely pink cake tray, drawing the eye with its vibrant teal frosting.  It was wonderfully decorated with a cone appearing to be smashed right into the side of the cake, creating a fantastic effect.

No Ice Cream Shoppe party is complete without a stand and real ice cream though and the table had all the fixin’s waiting for the kids to create their own sweet treat. A stand was set outside in the yard so everyone could play ice cream time too, making a fantastic photo op stop as well!
