Mystical Harry Potter Birthday Party

Invento Festa took the cake with this fantastical Mystical Harry Potter Birthday Party themed event. Using a variety of golden ornate frames along with piles of rustic style books, the venue had a charming look that would draw guests right into a world of imagination.

The dessert table was exquisitely designed with framed graphic art on the wall and red drapes on each side to give an elegant look. An arrangement of various sized rustic chests were used to hold fun decorations and tasty snacks that matched the theme smoothly.

Any Harry Potter fan could fall in love with the three tiered cake designed for the party. Each layer had varying colors and had an adorable Dobby topper. The cake was actually placed on a hat box for a neat effect. At the front of the table, yummy sugar cookies were perfectly detailed to look like icons and characters from the series. Cupcakes stood on each side with beautiful and delicious looking tops too. With chocolate covered cookies and boxes of jelly beans, this table had a little bit of everything for the guests to enjoy.

Beverages were placed in vintage style jars with antique labels, adding to the mystical vibe of the party. There was ornately framed graphics and other art that was customized to match the theme too.

The guest tables were set up to look like the Houses of Harry Potter, each one decorated to match its flag in turn. With black table cloths as a base, the colorful runners and floral displays stood out brilliantly. Each floral display even had a cute flag to designate which house the table represented. The chairs were black and white, offering a modern look that stood out. The seating was outdoors with a wonderful clear awning to allow natural lighting to drift in.

Tropical Flowers And Flamingos Birthday

With the help of Party Express, this Tropical Flowers And Flamingos Birthday was an absolute beauty! An outdoor venue made it simple to take advantage of a fantastically sunny day, giving all the decor a bright and welcoming look. A magical dessert station was created with memorable details and a blend of lovely colors including pink, purple and blue.

For a backdrop to this section a massive customized printout was created for the special birthday girl with the letter of her first name centered on a delightful tropical style pattern. This was attached to white, wooden slates creating a unique and charming effect. Pillars of balloons stood on each side with an array of colors and sizes that added to the fun look of this station. To give the area a more natural look, hedges were placed on each end of the table in fun shapes. In these sections flamingos filled the spaces in adorable fashion. There were even bundles of tropical flowers on top of the topiaries.

A lovely white picnic style table made the perfect area to hold the treats for the guests. Underneath this table tissue poms were piled up, providing extra color and dimension to the space. The special birthday girl’s name was also spelled out in massive pink letters across the front of this section in a beautiful font.

The cake for this party was stunning with two layers beautifully decorated in varying patterns and colors. To give the cake a tropical touch pretty flowers were wrapped around both layers. A topper with the birthday girl’s name gave this dessert a cute, personal touch.

Guest tables were beautifully arranged to match the theme with varying shades of pink that gave an elegant effect. Each round table had a soft pink cover and a centerpiece with a flamingo, mirror, and bottle style vase with pretty flowers.

Colorful Totoro Birthday Party

What fun this Colorful Totoro Birthday Party turned out to be! Invento Festa left no detail out of the planning and design of this lovely celebration. Based on the adorable Japanese animated tale, My Neighbor Tortoro, this party had an array of cute character decorations and colorful art.

On the back wall behind the dessert station framed graphic art with Totoro in a ranged of colors and styles created a modern and fun look in the room. Banners with colorful semi-circles added a punch of color and a string of lights provided an adorable illumination.

A fantastic rustic wooden table was used to hold the desserts, with a row of black poms hanging at the front in varying levels for added dimenstion. A sweet wooden sign was placed at the front with lovely greenery as a frame. Balloons in a bouquet to the side added a bit of color as well in classic fashion.

The desserts made for this party were stunning, each treat was decadently frosted to go with the theme. At the back of the table on a tall stand, a two layer cake was frosted in white and black and was decked out with greenery for the detailing. In front of this cake, adorable little characters from My Neighbor Totoro stood on stumps looking absolutely adorable.

Sugar cookies were frosted to perfection to match the characters of the themed event and there cupcakes were dolled up with green leaves and other toppers to match as well. There were delightful cakepops that looked enticing and with classic milk jars with swirly straws, everyone was sure to keep their thirst quenched.

The graphic art used for the party was fantastic and blended in with floral arrangements, the venue had an elegant vibe that was playful too. There were even amigurumi Totoros and lettering yarnwork that gave a charming effect.

Farm Adventure Birthday Party

This Farm Adventure Birthday Party was chock full of fun details that was masterminded by Invento Festa. The dessert area was a perfect blend of exciting farming decor along with treats for a ton of guests to enjoy munching on.

For a backdrop to this fantastic desesrt table, wall art was used that looked like rustic wooden planks, giving a charming effect that radiated throughout the venue. An adorable flag banner hung across the center in a vibrant blend of colors and patterns that introduced this farming theme in a cute way.

In front of this delightful table, an arrangement of hay bales were set out strategically to enhance the style of the theme while providing a place for some other decorations and treats to be display. On one bale a cowboy hat and lasso were draped in a cute way. A giant carriage wheel showcased the birthday boys name on a customized sign right in between two bales of hay.

The table itself was charming with a wooden design that had a small bandanna style cover over the center. It was filled bountifully with desserts and fun farm decor. At the front of the table truffles in fun wraps sat invitingly on lovely white trays. Right behind them perfectly decorated chocolates had adorable little farm animal heads for toppers. This tray was accented on each side with decorative cacti. Candied apples were frosting in bright colors and decorated with horseshoes and bandannas. There were even yummy looking cupcakes for everyone to enjoy.

As a centerpiece to this table, the cake was an outstanding display of edible art. Set on a large stump with greenery, it blended smoothly with the theme. This cake featured three layers of farming delight decorated in different looks for a bold effect. It was topped with a birthday number for a simplistic finish.

Tropical Under The Sea Adventure Party

This Tropical Under The Sea Adventure Party was lavishly designed by EVENTee Party. Right from the entryway, the adorable sea theme was introduced in colorful style with the whole doorway decked out in seafaring colors. Strands of shimmering fabric offered kids an elegant way to enter the massive venue area. A fun chalkboard was gorgeously designed to welcome all the guests and there was even a fantastic sign with arrows pointing in various directions saying, “Mermaid this way.”

To properly celebrate the two wonderful kids, tunnel of balloons followed the entrance with green foam intertwined to create a sea like appearance. The floor even had a green mat rolled out for an extra fun effect. Overhead, more balloons filled the space, adding to the cute look.

Inside the room, lots of round tables filled the area for the guests to sit at along with a special set of tables at the front for the kids to sit together at. The chairs all had lovely white covers with fabric bows that matched the theme perfectly. Each table featured an intricately designed centerpiece with fish and sea plants. The tables also had a variety of bold colored covers with contrasting runners to add to the style boldly. Overhead, balloons and giant jellyfish gave a true under-the-sea vibe.

This party even featured a staging area for the special kids with massive letters spelling out their names across the front. An adorable clam bench was framed with a lightup square and lovely art made the perfect backdrop for the whole area.

To make it easy for the kids to get their own food, special stations were set up for each food and beverages. Each section was boldly advertised with a fun sign and mermaid art. The front of each section was decorated with green tissue paper and an adorable arrangement of sea creatures.
