Pastel Ice Cream Party

Just Call Me Martha got to create this adorable Pastel Ice Cream Party and they did a fantastic job! With an array of light, sweet colors and fun patterns, this event was lighthearted, just the thing to entertain a group of kids for hours!

Instead of trying to find a way to use ice cream buffet style, they set up a sundae topping area for everyone to add their favorite things to their ice cream, allowing a personal touch and ensuring that the ice cream didn’t melt before it was enjoyed.

Each detail was impeccably thought-out, like a bouquet of ice cream shaped cookies in a vase that added the theme in a tasty and cute fashion.  Flowers that matched the sweet pastel color palette, spread around to add an aromatic natural touch.  There were even yellow macaroons placed in a fantastic bowl that stood out beautifully.

From the chocolate pops to the cake balls, every treat offered a delicious and lovely option for the kids to try out.

One favorite decoration was the ice cream truck artwork on display, it was created in soft pastels and added a bit of adorableness that was sure to be appreciated by all.

The cake was gorgeous, two tiers of lemon and raspberry butter cake that was detailed to perfection.  The soft pastels and ice cream cone topper brought this centerpiece to life on the table.

The take home gifts were wonderful and unique, each kid was given a box filled with little accessories, like an ice cream pencil and notepad, eraser, lollies and even a soapcicle!

This tasty theme really took off and invited everyone who attended to remember the party with so many little touches that brought it all together beautifully.

Minecraft Birthday Party

This Minecraft Birthday Party brought a modern twist to a celebration that any kid could love. Using green and black for base colors, the party area had a sophisticated and fun set-up.  Steph, mom of the birthday boy, used Minecraft for the theme due to her son and husband being such big fans of the game.  However, with it being such a new and bold approach to a celebration, she found that there was little pre-arranged items to be found, so she DIY’d a large part of the event, really making it one-of-a-kind.

The cupcakes were fantastically created with green frosting perfectly placed on top.  With green and black Minecraft tags on each and a matching wrap, this dessert blended with the theme precisely.  They were set on a lovely white tray that allowed the vibrant colors to really shine.

Another fun addition to this event was a separation of snacks by color, similar to the gaming aspect. Set on a table with a green cover, black plates were set with a variety of sweet treats like Rolos, twizzlers and hard candies. Each one was labelled with its Minecraft name, TNT, Gold, Redstone, etc….adding a neat touch to the food that any fan of the game could appreciate.

Creeper Juice was made with adorable little bottles and personalized Minecraft labels, continuing the theme fantastically. Little marshmallow creeper cake pops were also made, mimicking the characters beautifully.

The cake was innovative, a delightful blend of deliciousness and decoration that the kids were definitely sure to enjoy.  Frosted in white and decorated in black to look like TNT, this cake was a really bite of dynamite!

From the welcome sign in the doorway to the details of the decorations and treats, this party was innovative from top to bottom.

Candy Shoppe Party

Red Ribbon Studio really took my breath away with this Candy Shoppe Party.  Although it was a wedding celebration rather than a birthday party, I think this would be a fantastic birthday party theme! The vibrant color choices and creative detailing made this party really stand out from others with flair.

One of the examples that really shined, was the buffet treat table. Using a backdrop of really cool eclectic flags and swatches, a banner was created saying, “How Sweet it is” giving it a personal DIY look that was fantastic. The variation of patterns in the swatches made it look almost vintage in style.

The treats went fabulously with the Candy Shoppe theme, matching the bright colors and looking like a delicious reason to be the main event.  With a rainbow array of rock candy on sticks in a clear holder and wonderful swirled lollipops in red and blue, this table definitely looked tasty.  There were also blue macaroons and fun yellow cake pops that looked ready to chomp right up.  The cake was a vision of candied delight with layers that were perfectly sprinkled with candy.  An added touch of fun was the little bags of popcorn with a fun label saying, “Late night Snack”.

From the cotton candy to the many, many jars of yummy candies like jelly beans, laffy taffy, and peppermints, this Candy Shoppe Theme had everything a sweet tooth could want.

There were even delightful little cupcakes with little red toppers that added a touch of elegance to the look, while maintaining that sweet theme perfectly.

The attention to all of the little details was what brought this whole celebration to life, ensuring that guests would remember the event for many years to come.

Paris Winter Birthday

This gorgeous Paris Winter Birthday created by Just Call me Martha, took the lovely idea of Paris and made it a unique gathering.  Using red, white and blue, the theme took off with bold colors that helped make a sleek and sophisticated style that was definitely impressive.

The silverware was personalized with fantastic hand-crafted red flowers that had tags saying “Bon appetite.” Coffee mugs were set up with red macaroons and adorable sticks with marshmallows and mustaches, emphasizing the theme with a fun twist.

The guest tables had a simple and elegant set-up that allowed each individual decoration to stand out remarkably.  A red, white and blue runner was centered down the table with beautiful flower arrangements and a mini Eiffel Tower.  Even the plates matched the wintery Paris vibe with red circles that were fun.  With a mix of red and white chairs, these tables were excellently set-up to blend with the theme nicely.

The dessert table was the real show-stopper with an array of details that were the definition of perfection. From the Eiffel Tower in the backdrop along the wall, to the banner hanging beautifully in front of it, this table set the elegant mood beautifully.

Delicious cupcakes were set up on cute stands with labels for the guests to enjoy.  There were neat little fruit and cracker snacks as well.  Cake pops and sugar cookies stood in adorable cans at the back of the table.  The cake was a vision of delight with three tiers of deliciousness waiting to be tried out.  Set on a tall tray, it stood at the center of the table perfectly, topped with a gorgeous Eiffel Tower and a little red flower for a wintery touch. Surrounded by lovely flowers on each side, this table had a little of everything for the visitors to check out and enjoy.
