Classic Race Car Birthday Party

racing car birthday

Owlie Powlie was the expert behind this Classic Race Car Birthday Party. It featured bold colors and an array of personalized details that made it a truly custom experience for a special birthday boy.

To perfectly coordinate the theme, a golden backropmade a fantastic base for the treat table.  Across the wall, an exciting racing banner saying, “Happy Birthday,” hung in large style with big red tissue poms on each side. This sign also had adorable car graphics to introduce the race car theme smoothly.

In an effort to make the dessert station truly unique, a custom banner calling it a pit stop was hung right at the front, giving kids a chance to feel like part of a racing adventure. It matched the other banner perfectly.

The table had a red cover to match the tasty range of desserts and bold signs in a sweet racing style.  The backrow was elevated to make it simple to grab treats and go. Cupcakes frosted in red were set on each side of the back with custom labels and racing flags. Tasty marshmallows had red frosting and sat besided a wonderfully simplistic cake frosted in white with a red band.

At the front, cupcakes frosted in gold were placed on each end to blend with the backrow nicely.  Donuts were called spare tires for a fun effect and stood on a slim tray at the front.  Bottled water featured personalized labels to match the theme too.  This section was labeled as the “re-fueling station.”

Other fun details at this event included a custom photo booth with all sorts of props for the kids to choose from to create their own personal memory.  There was also a table for each guest to make their own racing drivers license for a fun party memento.

Cute Bunny First Birthday (1)

This cute bunny first birthday party was planned by Ms. Laine events. The theme is perfect for a springtime birthday and is also a wonderful theme for one-year-old.

The dessert table was lovely! A soft pink cake with light gray polka dots stood above the rest of the desserts. On top of the cake was an adorable rabbit eating a carrot. Guests could also choose from cute rabbit cupcakes. Even the water bottles were decorated to fit the theme! Some of the water bottles were wrapped in polka-dotted pink paper while others were made to look like bunnies. How cute! Succulents were distributed throughout the table to add a touch of nature.

Adorable candy bags were made to look like carrots. The bags were filled with chocolate and set in a miniature white picket fences.

The background of the dessert table featured a beautiful painting of a rabbit and the name of the birthday girl being celebrated. Balloons framed both sides of the table. Light pink and white tassels decorated the front of the table.

Rustic Autumn Themed Birthday

Rustic Autumn Themed Birthday (1)

Ms. Laine Events went all out to bring a little bit of fall into the middle of summertime with this Rustic Autumn Themed Birthday! To create this fantastic effect special details were brought to life with a little extra touch.  Green leaves were actually sprayed to give them fall tones, upcycled logs were innovatively distributed to give a warm cozy vibe and pine cones were actually flown in from Australia to ensure that this theme was perfectly executed.

The venue was indoors and was absolutely fantastic with this theme having dark floors and wonderful light brick walls that made for some lovely photos.

The snack table was a fall delight with a background of pvc that had garlands of leaves wrapped around it in autumn delight. A glass table was a sweet stage for the foods to rest on.

Upcycled logs were expertly placed to allow for easy access to the treats while showcasing the theme in charming fashion.  Little wooden boxes were also used to hold goodies along with wooden cutting boards.

The treats were beautifully designed to incorporate fall tones in a tasty way. Candy coated pretzels in pink, yellow and orange added a touch of fun color and there were even orange Macarons to try out.  Cupcakes had yummy looking white frosting with a splash of caramel and there were even popsicles with edible leaves on them.  The cake was pure perfection with a flame like design wrapped around the bottom in all sorts of fall tones.  A lovely Happy Birthday topper in a matching fuchsia made a great finishing touch.

Throughout the table and rest of the venue, greenery, flowers and leaves were spread to fill the place with a warm and inviting atmosphere. This fall theme was certainly a one of a kind event with such innovative decorations.

Woodsy Breakfast Bash

Woodsy Breakfast Bash

Giggle Living made this this Woodsy Breakfast Bash which could easily double as a birthday party for a little one who enjoys the very first meal of the day! With a love for the outdoors, Lori created a whimsical and inviting adventure for a whole group of little ones to enjoy.

Using a fantastic garden gate as a scene setter, the breakfast area had a rustic tone that was easy to see.  A massive framed moss board featured a lovely bear silhouette, broadcasting the woodsy theme brilliantly.  This frame also had adorable flowers along the bottom that added a fantastic touch of color to the backdrop. To effectively create a forest style, the table was also covered with moss and several of the treat holders were little logs too.  The logs were also enhanced with adorable mushrooms, moss and flower blooms to give them a genuine look.

For breakfast, yummy rolls were frosted in red with upside down google eyes to look like a mushroom. Egg frittatas made a perfect addition to this morning party. Cinnamon sugar waffle sticks were sure to be a hit as well, placed in cute little mushroom decorated cups. There was even some delicious Oui yogurt for the guests!

The guest seating was stunning, and set up perfectly to accommodate little ones.  With overturned crates topped with pillows, the DIY chairs were a fantastic fit to this event. The table had a white cover which allowed all the colorful details of the plates and centerpiece to stand out. Each guest got their own special bottle of milk in a classic style jar. The centerpiece was a large pot with lovely flowers and beside it a group of cute little deer and some other sweet touches like mini mushrooms. Even the plates had a floral touch.
