This adorable Cherry Blossom First Birthday was planned by Aura Decorations. The party was bursting with pink and of course, cherry blossoms! The decor resembled a gorgeous spring day!

The dessert table was stunning! Large white cylinders were used to hold the cake and other tasty treats. The cylinders holding the cake were even decorated with beautifully painted cherry blossoms. A pink platter held a simple, but elegant white cake decorated with cherry blossoms. The cake also included the number 1 as a topper. Another smaller cake was also decorated with cherry blossoms and featured a beautiful Japanese princess on top. Cupcakes were placed in ornate white wrappers and were topped with cherry blossoms. Delicious looking cake pops were covered in pink and also included simple cherry blossoms on the top. Macaroons were another option for a sweet treat!

The background of the dessert table was gorgeous! The majority of the background was covered with a sheer pink curtain. A garland of pink balloons framed the curtain. The ceiling around the dessert area was decorated with an array of pink, gold, and white paper lanterns. There were parasols hanging from the ceiling that were decorated with beautiful cherry blossoms. Two life size cherry blossom trees stood on either side of the dessert table. Underneath the trees were more parasols that were propped up perfectly. The center of the background featured gorgeous circular art made from cherry blossoms.

The table for guests was beautiful and unique. The table was covered with a pink satin tablecloth and was placed close to the ground so that guests could enjoy their meal while sitting on soft pillows. Each spot featured matching cups, plates, and placemats. In addition guests received a special thank you card and a party favor wrapped in cherry blossom paper and tied with elegant pink bows. Each guest also went home with a beautiful pink paper fan to remember the special day. Glass milk bottle were decorated with lace and cherry blossom accents. A pink vase held a beautiful branch of cherry blossoms.

This party included a unique idea of a time capsule for guests to leave special notes and wishes. The box was decorated with a beautiful floral print and on the inside of the lid featured special instructions for when the box will get opened.
