Jennifer, a mom of adorable little twins came up with an inspirational theme to celebrate their very first birthday. Being Spring babies, a Pinwheel Party offered a sweet way to enjoy the bright colors and fun that this time of year showcases. Along with a team of fantastic experts, this party was a smashing success.
Both indoor and outdoor space was utilized, ensuring win whether the weather cooperated or not! Inside a gorgeous table was set up right in front of a window, allowing the natural light to illuminate the treats beautifully. Set underneath a modern light, the table was able to be decorated from top to bottom. Fantastic tissue poms added depth to the look with their adorable pink and blue colors. The table was covered in a white cloth, adding to the lighthearted environment and each of the treats had fun bright colors to let them attract attention easily.
The snacks were wonderfully created, each going with the theme in color, pattern or shape. Cupcakes were frosted adorably in white and put into a variety of patterned cups to give a neat look. They also had mini-pinwheels attached, ensuring that they blended nicely with the theme. Sugar cookies shaped as pinwheels were frosted in vibrant tones with polka-dots and each was individually wrapped and tied with a sweet, white ribbon.
Because the party was for two special little ones, each had their own marvelous mini-cake to enjoy eating, or smashing! Both were frosted beautifully in white, and were set on a matching trays. To personalize them, one had a cute pink pinwheel and the other a sweet blue one.
With an outdoor space set up with beverages for everyone, this venue area left enough room to entertain a whole group with ease. The outside table was even decorated to match the theme with adorable large poms set out as decor along with bubbles for a cute activity.
